Today we welcome Angela D. Meyer, author and teacher, to 3 Questions Wednesday.
(1) What is your favorite book? [Bible excluded]
Angela: I have so many, but I’m going with my recent Christmas gift for my answer. A Voice in the Wind from the Mark of the Lion series by Francine Rivers. I am in awe and encouraged by those willing to live fully and die completely for the sake of the cross. This story really brought home to me what that would have been like during early church history. Inspiring!
(2) If you could walk into any book, what literary character would you want to be?
Angela: Lucy from The Narnia Chronicles. She was the first one to believe. She was the first one to act. Although she was the youngest, her efforts were pivotal to the turning of the stories she was a part of. Besides, it would be cool to walk into Narnia!
(3) If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Angela: Even though it might be fun to travel to a different part of the world, I would probably enjoy staying state side even more. In particular, I would love spending time in New England. Especially if I could be close to the ocean. I lived in New England and worked as a nanny there for several years after college. And that’s where I met my husband. So of course, it’s a favorite place!
